Devaki, with its vast automation experience, has been building machines for various products like lead-acid batteries, plastic components, etc.
Now, with the technology transfer from Central Scientific Research Institute (CSIR) – National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science & Technology (NIIST), Trivandrum, Kerala, we have ventured into manufacturing fully automated plants for biodegradable tableware and cutlery from various agro-waste such as rice husk, wheat husk, arecanut husk, coconut husk, pineapple leaf, peanut shell, etc.
The world is looking for alternatives to single-use plastics to reduce its impact on the environment. Devaki has an answer for that with its automated plant for entrepreneurs who want to join this mission of cleaning the globe from dangerous plastic waste.
We offer fully automated plants for manufacturing tableware such as plates, bowls, cups, etc., from agro-waste using the dry process, where the requirement of water is very minimal. The wet process to manufacture plates and bowls from pineapple leaf, banana stem, etc., can also be offered.
Vision:
To provide a sustainable and reasonably priced manufacturing plant to convert most biodegradable waste into usable products.
Mission:
To get everyone to adopt alternate, greener, and biodegradable products instead of polluting plastics.
