The plant is fully Automatic in nature, the raw material and the binder is mixed in a blender with right proportion of water. It is then dumped into an Augur where the mixed material is continuously mixed to keep the composition uniform and then as per the set weight it shall be dumped into the loading cups. The loading cups will then deliver it to the multi-cavity component moulds fixed in the Hydraulic Press of 200 MT. The material will then be pressed in the mould as per the given sequence with set pressure and temperatures. The formed component is then automatically picked up by the vacuum cups and dropped on the collecting conveyor/table.
All parameters are controlled through HMI.

The material will then be pressed in the mould as per the given sequence with set pressure and temperatures. The formed component is then automatically picked up by the vacuum cups and dropped on the collecting conveyor/table.

It’s a fully automatic machine with all the process integrated into one equipment. Its robust design allows it to be used for continuous production with minimum human intervention.
The basic structure is made of rigid MS structure on which the rotary table with the Plate/Tableware dies are mounted. There will be 3 sets of twin cavity dies provided on the rotary table. Dies shall be provided with tubular low density cartridge heaters which shall be controlled by digital temperature controller. Machine has 3 Process stations, at Station1, pickup of the finished plate/tableware and loading of the Material happens. Station 2 & Station 3 shall have hydraulic presses for pre-forming pressing and Final pressing. Accurate rotation of the table is achieved by geared servo motor.
The pre-forming pressing and final pressing is achieved by 100MT Hydraulic press which operates independently on the dies. The Hydraulic Powerpack shall be housed within the machine frame below the rotary table. The accurate weighment of raw material is achieved by a specially designed DUAL AUGUR made of SS material mounted close to Station 1. The Hopper of the Augur shall have a capacity of 50 Lts. At Station1, the die core shall be lifted by magnetic arrangement for loading the material. The Finished plate pick up will be by vacuum cups with pneumatic actuators.
The Control Panel shall be with HMI, where all the necessary parameters can be set. The 12” HMI Screen shall be easy to operate and input the parameters.
